Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Ease of Sheriffs, in the Execution of their Offices, and passing their Accompts."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Tuesday next; and all the Lords summoned.

Poor's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the Relief, Employment, and Settlement of the Poor."

ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be committed to a Committee of the whole House, on Saturday next, at Twelve a Clock.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. St. John and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the better recruiting Her Majesty's Land Forces and the Marines, for the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Five;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Recruits for Land Forces &c. Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the better recruiting Her Majesty's Land Forces and the Marines, for the Year One Thousand Seven Hundred and Five."

Kenyon's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to empower the Lord High Treasurer, or Commissioners of the Treasury, to compound with Thomas Kenyon, Executor of Luke Lloyd, as he was One of the Sureties of Morgan Whitley Esquire, late Receiver General for the Counties of Chester and North Wales."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be referred to the same Committee to whom the Earl of Burlington's Bill stands committed.

Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Monday next, at Ten a Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Commissioners Debts, Army, to lay their Proceedings before the House.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Commissioners appointed to state the Debts due to the Army and Transport Service do, with all convenient Speed, lay before this House an Account, in Writing, of their Proceedings since the last Session of Parliament.
