Doe v. Perratt & Burge.

The Order of the Day being read for hearing Counsel further to argue the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error wherein John Doe, on the Demise of Isaac Winter, is Plaintiff, and Matthew Perratt and William Burge are Defendants; and for the Judges to attend;

Counsel were accordingly called in:

And the Plaintiff's and Defendants Counsel being heard;

As also One Counsel for the Plaintiff by way of Reply;

The Counsel were directed to withdraw.

Ordered, That the further Consideration of the said Cause be put off sine Die.

Marqs of Londonderry's et Ux. Petition for a Bill, Witnesses to attend.

Ordered, That William Matthew Coulthurst, Richard Groom, John Parkinson and Thomas Atkinson do attend this House on Tuesday next, and that John Gregson, George Patrick, William Emerson Wooller and John Buddle do attend this House on Thursday next, to be sworn, in order to their being examined as Witnesses before the Judges to whom the Petition of Charles William Vane Marquess of Londonderry and Frances Anne Vane Marchioness of Londonderry his Wife stands referred.

Duvergier v. Fellowes.

The Order of the Day being read for hearing Counsel to argue the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error wherein Aimé Duvergier is Plaintiff, and William Dorset Fellowes is Defendant; and for the Judges to attend;

Ordered, That the said Errors be argued by Counsel at the Bar on Tuesday next; and that the Judges do then attend.

Colvin et al. v. Newberry & Benson, Judges to attend.

Ordered, That the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error wherein David Colvin, and others, are Plaintiffs, and Nicholas Newberry and Thomas Starling Benson are Defendants, be argued by Counsel at the Bar on Tuesday next; and that the Judges do then attend.

Londonderry Improvement Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to make more effectual Provisions for lighting, cleansing and watching the City of Londonderry, and to amend several Acts relating to the said City."

Ordered, That the said Bill be committed to the Consideration of the Lords present this Day:

Their Lordships, or any Five of them, to meet on Monday next, at Ten o'Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings, near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Cadell v. Palmer et al. Judges to attend.

Ordered, That the Cause wherein Thomas Cadell Esquire is Appellant, and Arthur Palmer, and others, are Respondents, be further heard by Counsel at the Bar on Wednesday next; and that the Judges do then attend.

Lucas et al. v. Nockells, Judges to attend.

Ordered, That the Errors assigned upon the Writ of Error wherein Matthias Prime Lucas Esquire, and others, are Plaintiffs, and Christopher Nockells is Defendant, be argued by Counsel at the Bar on Wednesday next; and that the Judges do then attend.
