Leave to attend Lords as Counsel.

Mr. Speaker propoundeth, whether Mr. Brock and Sir John Boys may be of Counsel, and attend the Committee in the Higher House, being Judges in this House: Urgeth his own Precedent in 27 Eliz. that he had Leave, in my Lord Norris and my Lord Dacres his Case. - The House thereupon thought fit to give Leave. - Mr. Recorder and Mr. Solicitor had Leave, the last Session, in a Matter of Title of Honour. - De Lespencer and Abergavenny.
