For Confirmation of an Agreement between Edward Lord Bruce, and Michael Doyley Esquire, for the Lands Agreement of William Ibgrave, deceased, secondly read, and committed to Sir Robert Wingfield, Mr. Oldsworth, Mr. Ravenscroft, Mr. Hyde, Mr. Brock, Mr. Martin, Sir Thomas Biggs, Mr. Durdent, Mr. Crewe, Mr. Yelverton, Mr. Irby, Sir Robert Phelips, Sir Roland Litton, Sir Robert Johnson, Mr. Staughton, Mr. Cognisby, Sir William Strowd, Mr. Parkinson, Mr. Doyley, Mr. Jones: - To meet on Saturday next, in the Middle Temple Hall.

L.3a. An Act for the Naturalizing of Peter Baro, alias Baron, and Mary his Wife: - Upon a third Reading, and the Question, passed.

Smyth's Estate.

B. Touching the Lands of Alsolue College, &c. being formerly re-committed, is now reported, by Mr. Fuller, from the Committee ; the Bill amended ; and a Proviso, agreed on by the Committee, tendered : Which being twice read; the Bill, with the Proviso, upon Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

St. Saviours Southwark.

B. Touching the Incorporation of the Church-wardens of St. Saviours, &c. reported from the Committee, by Mr. Wentworth, with Amendments; which were twice read; and the Bill, upon Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Cloth Trade.

B. For the true Making of Woollen Cloths, upon the last Re-commitment, reported by Mr. Hoskins; the last Proviso misliked by the Committee; and disputed by the House, whether (the Bill being now ingrossed) the Proviso could be put to Question alone, without dashing the whole Bill.

Wyndsor's Restitution.

In this Dispute, came from the Lords, Sir John Crook, and Sir Edward Stanhope, with a Bill, intituled,

LL. An Act for Restitution in Blood of the Sons and Daughters of Edward Wyndsor Esquire.

Bills sent to Lords.

The House thought now fit to send up some Bills to the Lords, which had passed this House; and made Choice of Sir Henry Nevill for their Messenger.

The Bills sent up, were Eight; viz.

1. LL. An Act for the Securing and Confirming of the Lands, Tenements, and Rents, heretofore granted, devised, or conveyed to several Companies within the City of London, &c.

2. An Act for Explanation of the Statute of 13o Eliz. touching Disorders of Ministers in the Church, and touching Subscription.

3. An Act for better Provision of Meadow and Pasture, for the Maintenance of Tillage in the Parishes of Marden, alias Mawarden, &c.

4. An Act for the Explanation of the Statute, made the first Session of this Parliament, concerning Tanners, Curriers, and other Artificers occupying the Cutting of Leather.

5. An Act for Reformation of Abuses in the Court of Marshalsea, and for the Limitation of the same.

6. An Act for Explanation of the Statute, for Bringing of a fresh Stream of Water to the North Parts of the City of London.

7. An Act for the Naturalizing of Peter Baro, alias, Baron, and Mary his Wife.

8. An Act for the Naturalizing of James Desmaistres, and Mary his Wife.

Cloth Trade.

The Proviso, in the Bill of Clothing, after much Dispute, upon Question, ordered to be scraped out [a] : Which was done at the Board by the Clerk; and the Bill, upon Question, passed.

Smyth's Estate.

A Proviso, in the Bill touching Alsolue College, thirdly read ; and the Bill, with the Proviso, upon the Question, passed.

Cavendish's Relief.

This Day the Counsel on both Parts in the Bill concerning Mrs. Mary Cavendish, Widow, &c. according to former Order, attending to be heard; the House, conceiving the Time would not then bear it, to hear them at large, being a Cause of some Length, thought fit, and so ordered, that they should attend again on Saturday next, at Eight a Clock in the Morning.
