Downes' Estate.

THE Bill for the Sale of the Lands of Edward Downes Esquire, for Payment of his Debts, reported from the Committee by Sir John Heigham ; and, upon the Question, ordered to be ingrossed.

Thetford Alms-house.

The Bill for the Alms-house in Thetford, to be erected by Edward Cleare, reported from the Committee by Sir Nath. Bacon, as thought fit to sleep, and to be no further proceeded in.

Marshalsey Court.

1. Reading: - The Bill for the Reformation of certain Abuses and Disorders in the Court of Marshalsey, &c.

If there be a Contraction in the Treasure, the Head, there must be a Cramp in the Whole. -

This Body wasted with a continual burning Fever. -
