Prayers.

Sitting of this Parliament.

THE House, according to former Order, was this Day resolved into a Grand Committee, upon the Bill for setting a certain Time for Sitting of this Parliament, and for Calling a new Parliament.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Ellis took the Chair.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Prisoners discharged.

Ordered, by the Parliament, That Mr. Speaker be impowered and authorized to sign several Warrants, for discharging of Mr. William Jenkin, Mr. Thomas Case, Mr. Ralph Robinson, Mr. Thomas Watson, Mr. Roger Drake, Lieutenant Colonel Jackson, Lieutenant Colonel Joseph Vaughan, Captain Hugh Massey, and every of them, out of Frison; directed to the Lieutenant of the Tower of London, and to all other Officers in whose Custody they respectively are; according to the Orders of Parliament made Yesterday in that Behalf.
