Prayers.

Committee of Indemnity.

MR. Blagrave reports Amendments to the Bill for transferring the Powers of the late Committee of Indemnity: Which were this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, assented unto.

The Question being put, That the Commissioners for Compounding at Goldsmiths-hall be the Commissioners in this Bill.

The House was divided.

The Yeas went forth.

Sir Henry Vane junior, Tellers for the Yeas: 33.
Lord General, With the Yeas,
Sir Wm. Masham, Tellers for the Noes: 29.
Mr. Marten, With the Noes,

So it was Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Commissioners for Compounding at Goldsmiths-hall be the Commissioners in this Act.

The Question being put, That the Quorum be four;

The House was divided.

So it was Resolved, by the Parliament, That the Quorum be Four.

Resolved, That this Act continue until the 1st of July, One thousand Six hundred Fifty-and-three.

The Question being put, That this Bill be ingrossed;

It passed with the Negative.

And the said Act, so amended, being put to the Question, passed: And it is Ordered to be forthwith printed and published.

Army Accompts.

Ordered, That the Report for the Soldiers Accompts be made on Friday Morning next, after the Act for Relief of well-affected Tenants against malignant Landlords.

Petition presented.

The House being informed, That divers Gentlemen were at the Door; with a Petition;

They were called in: And, being come to the Bar, they presented a Petition; and humbly desired, that the Parliament would be pleased to give them a gracious, speedy, and effectual Answer: Which, after the Petitioners were withdrawn, was read; and was intituled, "The humble Petition of divers constant Adherers to this Parliament, and faithful Assertors of the fundamental Laws and Liberties of the Commonwealth."

Conveyances.

Ordered, That the Bill for registering Conveyances be brought in, and taken into Consideration, the first Business of the Law Businesses.
