Delinquents Estates.
THE Lord Grey reports Amendments to the Bill for
Sale of Thirty Delinquents Estates, for the Use of
the Navy: Which were twice read.
The Question being put, that the Name of John
Viscount Dunbarre do continue in this Bill;
It passed with the Negative.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Commissioners for
Compounding, to consider of the Case of John Viscount
Dunbarre; and to state the Matter of Fact thereupon;
and certify the same to the Parliament forthwith.
The Proviso in the Amendments, touching the Preemption of the Lands of Thomas Coke Esquire, being put
to the Question, passed in the Negative.
Resolved, That the Bill as to the Clause concerning
the Claims, and upon the Debate of the House, be recommitted.
