LORD Commissioner Whitelock reports from the Council of State, The Effects of a Conference between the Commissioners appointed to treat with the Lords Ambassadors Extraordinary from the King of Denmark, and the said Lords Ambassadors; viz.

A Paper delivered in to the Council of State, by the Lords Ambassadors from the King of Denmark, of the 20th of October 1652, in Latin; with a Translate thereof in English:

And the Information concerning the Transaction of Affairs about the English Eastland Merchant-men in Denmark:

Resolves of a Council of War, held on board the Antelope, the 25th of September 1652, below Lapland, near Elsmore:

A Letter from Captain James Peacock, of the 15th of October 1652:

Transactions of Business, after our Fleet's Arrival in the Sound, from September the 20th, to the 26th, 1652:

A Narrative of the Proceedings of Captain Andrew Ball, in his late Employment to the Sound:

And also several Transactions between Captain Ball, and the King of Denmark, and his Ministers: Which were all read.

Resolved, That an Address be made to the King of Denmark, with all convenient Speed, concerning the safe Return of the English Merchants Ships and Goods, detained in Denmark.

Resolved, That it be referred to the Council of State, to consider how, and in what manner, this Address shall be made; and to appoint a fit Person; and to prepare Instructions; and likewise to prepare a Letter to be sent, and bring it in with a Blank; and that the Letter be signed by Mr. Speaker, and sealed with the Parliament-Seal; the Name of the Person being inserted.

Resolved, That it be referred to the Council of State, to prepare an Answer upon the present Debate of the House, to be sent to the Lords Ambassadors Extraordinary of the King of Denmark, in Answer to their last Paper; and to present it to the House To-morrow Morning.
