Iron Mill.

Mr. Elryngton, Owner of the Iron Mill in Shere, for the Suppressing of which, a Bill is put in this House, desireth a Copy of the Bill, and a Day to answer with his learned Counsel, Two in Number, and to bring his Answer on Friday next.

Childrens Nat.

1. The Bill touching the Children born beyond the Sea, their Parents being in the Queen's Service, or being there for Religion sake, to be as born within the Realm.

Horses.

L. 2. The Bill to repeal the Branch for Carrying of Horses out of the Realm.

Barwyke.

L. 2. The Bill for the Government of the Garison and Soldiers of Barwyke. - Mr. Fitzchamberleyn.

Returns of doubtful Boroughs.

For that Burgesses be returned of divers Boroughs not lately returned in the Chancery, viz. the Boroughs of Tregony, St. Jermyns and Mawes, in Cornewall, the Borough of Mynhed in Somersett, the Borough of Tamworth in Stafford, and the Borough of Stokbridge in Southampton ; Mr. Speaker declared to the House, that the Lord Steward agreed, they should resort into the House, and with convenient Speed to shew Letters Patents, why they be returned in this Parliament.
