RESOLVED, That the Entry of the Reading of the
Petition of the English Catholicks, sequestered for
Recusancy on Friday last, be expunged out of the Record.

Colonel West reports from the Committee for Raising
of Money, A Bill, intituled, An Act, enabling the Commissioners of Parliament for Compounding with Delinquents to dispose of Two Parts of the Lands and Estates
of Recusants, for the Benefit of the Commonwealth, and
for the Extirpation of Popish Priests and Jesuits: Which
was this Day read the First time.
The Question being put, That this Bill be read the
Second time;
The House was divided.

given to the Commissioners: And Alderman Titchborne,
Mr. Barbone, and Mr. Moyer, are added to that Committee for this Purpose: And the Committee are to meet
this Afternoon, at Two of the Clock, in the Queen's
Guard Chamber, at Whitehall.
