RESOLVED, That the Entry of the Reading of the Petition of the English Catholicks, sequestered for Recusancy on Friday last, be expunged out of the Record.
Recusants Estates.
Colonel West reports from the Committee for Raising of Money, A Bill, intituled, An Act, enabling the Commissioners of Parliament for Compounding with Delinquents to dispose of Two Parts of the Lands and Estates of Recusants, for the Benefit of the Commonwealth, and for the Extirpation of Popish Priests and Jesuits: Which was this Day read the First time.
The Question being put, That this Bill be read the Second time;
The House was divided.
The Yeas went forth.

And the Bill was accordingly read the Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the same Committee: And Mr. Sadler, Colonel Jones, and Colonel Brookes, are added to that Committee for that Purpose: And that this Committee do bring in some Rules to be given to the Commissioners: And Alderman Titchborne, Mr. Barbone, and Mr. Moyer, are added to that Committee for this Purpose: And the Committee are to meet this Afternoon, at Two of the Clock, in the Queen's Guard Chamber, at Whitehall.

Ordered, That Mr. Cullen have Leave to go into the Country for a Fortnight.
