Leave of Absence.

RESOLVED, That Sir Gilbert Pickering have Leave to be absent for a Week.

Resolved, That Colonel Castles have Leave to be absent for a Week.

Resolved, That Colonel Thomlinson have Leave to be absent for a Week.

Probate of Wills.

Sir Anthony Ashley Cooper reports, from the Committee of the Law, A Bill touching Wills and Administrations: Which was this Day read the First and Second time; and, upon the Question, committed to the Committee of the Law: Who are to sit this Afternoon.

Parker's Petition.

Alderman Ireton reports, from the Committee of Petitions, the humble Petition of Jane, late Wife of Henry Parker Esquire, deceased; and Henry and Ann Parker their Children.

The Question being put, That this Petition be read;

It passed in the Negative.
