Leave of Absence.
ORDERED, That Mr. Wm. Fenwick, a Member of
this House, have Leave to go into the Country.
Ordered, That Mr. Badger, a Member of this House,
have Leave to go into the Country for a Month.
Chancery Court.
Mr. Hoskins reports from the Committee to whom
the Ordinance for Regulating and Limiting the Jurisdiction of the Court of Chancery, is referred;
That the said Committee have met several Days, and
considered and debated it: And humbly offer to the House,
as their Opinion, That it is fit to suspend the Execution
of the said Ordinance till the 28th of November next.
Resolved, That th House doth agree with the Committee, That the Execution of the Ordinance for Regulating and Limiting the Jurisdiction of the Court of
Chancery, be suspended till the 28th of November next,
and no longer.
Resolved, That it be referred back to the same Committee to take into Consideration the said Ordinance;
and, before the 28th of November next, to bring in a
Regulation of the Whole, for the further Consideration
of this House.
Adjournment.
Resolved, That the House be adjourned until Monday
Morning next, Eight of Clock.
