Faunt's Estate.
A BILL enabling George Faunt of Foston in the County of Leicester Esquire to sell and convey Part of his Lands, for Payment of several Debts and Legacies, charged upon his Estate by Sir Wm. Faunt Knight, deceased; and for the Raising of Portions for his younger Children; and for the Making of his Wife a Jointure; was this Day read the First time; and, upon the Question, ordered to be read the Second time on this Day Sevennight.
Northampton Ministers.
A Bill for the Provision and better Maintenance of several Ministers in the Town of Northampton, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed.
Ordered, That this Bill be offered to his Highness the Lord Protector, for his Consent.
Drury-house.
The Question being propounded, That the Report concerning Drury-house be now heard;
The House was divided.

Colonel Twisleton reports from the Committee to whom the Petition of William Jervis was referred, the State of the Matter of Fact in that Business; as followeth;

Raising Money.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee for Drury-house, to confer with the Trustees, or such other Persons as they shall think fit, concerning the Raising and Bringing in of Monies due to the Commonwealth: And the Committee are to meet this Afternoon, at Two of Clock, in the Duchy-Chamber.
