Milward's Estate.

A BILL to enable the Sale of some of the Lands of Wm. Milward Esquire, for Payment of his Debts, was this Day read the Third time; and, upon the Question, passed.

Ordered, That his Highness the Lord Protector's Consent be desired to this Bill.

York Courts of Law.

Ordered, That the Report of the Amendments to the Bill for erecting Courts at York, be made on this Day Sevennight.

Corpus Christi Col. Oxon.

The Lord Commissioner Fiennes reports from the Committee to whom the Petition of the President and Scholars of Corpus Christi College in Oxford is referred, a Bill for the Settling of the perpetual Advowson, Patronage, and Right of Presentation, of the Rectory of Marston-Mesey, in the County of Wiltes, upon the President and Scholars of Corpus Christi College in Oxford, was this Day read the First time.

Clerk's Estate.

Mr. Pedley reports Amendments to the Bill for settling and disposing the Estate of John Clerk Esquire, and Philadelphia his Wife: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, assented unto.

Ordered, That this Bill be ingrossed (fn. 1).

Remonstrance.

The House, according to former Order, resumed the Debate upon the latter Part of the First Article of the Remonstrance: Which Part of the said Article was read.

Resolved, That these Words, "That your Highness will be pleased, during your Life-time, to appoint and declare the Person who shall, immediately after your Death, succeed you in the Government of these Nations," be Part of this Remonstrance.

Resolved, That the Debate on this Paper be adjourned till To-morrow Morning; and nothing to intervene.
