Isle of Axholme.
ORDERED, That Mr. Margetts and Mr. Lawrence be added to the Committee for the Isle of Axholme.
Pardini's Nat.
Resolved, That Francis Pardini, and his Son, be referred to the Committee for Naturalization, to insert them into the Bill, if they think fit: And that they consider of the Business touching Strangers Custom.
Clement's Market.
Resolved, That the Bill for the Market in Clement's . . . . . . . . be read the Second time on Wednesday next.
Lord Lostus'
Resolved, That the Lord Loftus have Liberty, with his Keeper, to attend the Committee of Parliament, to whom his Petition is referred; and to instruct his Council for that Purpose from time to time, as there shall be Cause: And that the Marshal of the Upper Bench do permit him, with a Keeper, to come accordingly.
Pardon of Cicill.
Resolved, That it . . . offered to his Highness, as the Advice of the Parliament, That his Highness will be pleased to grant a Pardon, under the Great Seal of England, unto John Cicill, who was in the late Plot against his Highness' Person.
Recusants.
Mr. Bedford reports from the Committee, Amendments to the Bill touching Recusants: Which were twice read; and the Amendments proceeded upon in Parts.
The First Amendments was, upon the Question, agreed.
Resolved, That this Bill, with the Amendments, be recommitted to the same Committee, to bring in the same again on this Day Sevennight.
Resolved, That it be referred to the same Committee, to consider how the People of this Commonwealth may be restrained from going to Mass at the Houses of the Ambassadors, or other Places.
The Committee to meet on Monday Afternoon, at Two of the Clock, in the Inner Court of Wards.
Resolved, That it be referred to this Committee, That like Care be taken for suppressing Popery in Scotland, as is for England: And that they take the like Care for Ireland.
Buildings.
Resolved, That the Bill touching New Buildings be read on Wednesday next, the Second time.
The House adjourned itself till Monday Morning Eight of the Clock.
