THE Grand Committee sat, to take into Consideration the Ordinance, sent from the Lords, for inhibiting Persons not ordained to preach.

Mr. Whitacre in the Chair.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Business to be done.

Ordered, That Mr. Speaker do come to the Chair To-morrow Morning, at Eight of the Clock: And that Mr. Speaker do, the first Business, present the Names of the Judges, and others that are to go the several Circuits this next Vacation: And that, next after that Business shall be determined, the Report of such Sheriffs as are wanting in any of the Counties, whose Places are to be supplied, be made, and considered of: And that, after the House shall have resolved of the Business concerning the Judges and Sheriffs, Mr. Speaker do leave the Chair: And that the Grand Committee for the Ordinance, Propositions, and Instructions, concerning the Taking of the Accompts, and satisfying the Soldiers that have been employed in the Service of the Parliament, do fit, and proceed in the further Consideration thereof.
