Die Publicæ Humiliationis, 25 Augusti, 1647.

Preachers thanked.

ORDERED, &c. That Mr. Ball and Mr. Vachell do from this House, give Thanks unto Mr. Fowler; and Sir Walter Erle, unto Mr. Robinson; for their great Pains they took in their Sermons they preached on this Day, at Margarett's, Westminster, before the House of Commons, it being a Day of Publick Humiliation: and that they do desire them to print their Sermons: Wherein they are to have the like Privilege in Printing thereof, as others in like kind usually have had.

Ordered, &c. That Mr. Whitchcott and Mr. Jaggard, that preached the last Fast Day before the Commons, have Thanks; and be desired to print their Sermons: And Mr. Allen is to give them Thanks; and to desire them to print their Sermons: Wherein they are to have the like Privilege in Printing thereof, as others in like kind usually have had.

Ordered, &c. That Mr. Ball do, from this House, desire Mr. Baiteman to preach before the House of Commons, at Margaret's, Westminster, on the next monthly Fast Day.

Ordered, &c. That Mr. Knightley do, from this House, desire Mr. Horton to preach before the House of Commons, at Margrett's, Westminster, on the next monthly Fast Day.
