Prayers.

Earl of St. Albans' Debt.

ORDERED, That the Report of a Debt demanded by the Earl of Northumberland and Sir Robert Pye, from the Earl of St. Albans, be made on Wednesday Morning next, the first Business.

Declaration of Non-Addresses.

According to the Order made on Saturday last, the House proceeded to the reading, in Parts, the Declaration, expressing the Reasons for passing the late Votes, concerning no Application to the King.

Cololonel Wemmes.

Ordered, That the Information now given in, under the Hand of Joseph Harrington, concerning Colonel Wemmes, he referred to the Examination of the Committee of Complaints.

Tryals in King's Bench.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed to consult and advise with the Judges, concerning the Tryals in the King's Bench, shall have Power to advise with the said Judges, at all such times as they shall think fit, and have Occasion.

Declaration of Non-Addresses.

Resolved, &c. That the Committee formerly appointed to prepare the Declaration, expressing the Reasons of passing the late Votes touching no Application to the King, do bring in the Declaration, upon the Parts re-committed, on Wednesday Morning next, the first Business, and nothing to intervene: And that Mr. Scott, Mr. Moyle, Mr. Reynolds, and Mr. Stockdale, be added to this Committee: And it is referred to this Committee, either to add new Clauses to this Declaration, or to add marginal Notes to it, for directing to the Proofs and Evidences, as they shall see Cause.

King's Person.

The Question was propounded, That the Lords Concurrence be desired in the Answer, formerly passed this House, to the Scotts Commissioners Papers, touching the Disposal of the King's Person here in England.

And the Question being put, Whether this Question shall be now put;

It passed with the Affirmative.

Resolved, &c. That the Lords Concurrence be desired in the Answer formerly passed this House, to the Scotts Commissioners Papers touching the Disposal of the King's Person in England.

Sir Wm. Armyn is appointed to carry it to the Lords.

Walmesley's Pass.

Whereas Richard Walmesley, of Dunkenhagh in the County of Lancaster, Esquire, had, by Order of this House, a Pass, to travel into Parts beyond the Seas, and to continue there for a certain Time, limited in the said Pass: It is now Ordered, That the said Richard Walmesley shall have his Time of Abode beyond the Seas continued for the Space of Twelve Months longer, after the Expiration of the former Time limited in the said Pass, or Licence.

Ly. Sedley's Pass.

Whereas the Lady Sedley had Licence, by a Pass from this House, to go beyond the Seas: It is Ordered, That the said Pass be recalled: And that the said Lady Sedley be hereby enjoined to return into this Kingdom by the Tenth of April next.
