Prayers.

Representation and Elections.

The House was this Day, according to former Order, resolved into a Grand Committee, upon the Heads of a Bill for an equal Representative, and regulating the Elections.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Say took the Chair.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Say reports the Grand Committee's Adjournment till This-day-sevennight; and desire Leave of the House.

Resolved, That the House be resolved into a Grand Committee, on This-day-sevennight, upon the Heads of a Bill touching an equal Representative, and the Regulating of Elections.

Fee-farm Rents.

Ordered, That the Bill for Sale of Fee-farm Rents be brought in To-morrow Morning, the first Business: And that the Committee be injoined to sit, and prepare the same.
