THE House this Day proceeded, according to former Order, upon the Debate of the Names of the Council of State, and the Paper of Names of the Council of State.

Resolved, That Basill Earl of Denbigh be one of the Council of State for the Year ensuing.

The Question being propounded, That Edmund Earl of Mulgrave be one of the Council of State for the Year ensuing;

The Question being put, That that Question be now put;

It passed with the Negative.

The Question being propounded, That Wm. Lord Grey of Wark be one of the Council of State for the Year ensuing;
