Prayers.

Judges on Welsh Circuits.

ORDERED, That the Order of 15 Junii 1649, whereby it was referred to the Committee of the Revenue, to give such further Allowance as they should think fit, to the Judges appointed to go the Circuit of North Wales, over and above the Fifty Pounds per Annum Fee, and Thirty Pounds per Annum Diet, formerly allowed unto them, be amended: And that the said Committee do also give such further Allowance as they shall think fit, as well to the Judges appointed to go the Circuit of South Wales, as to the Judges appointed to go the Circuit of North Wales.

The Engagement.

The Question being propounded, That an Act be brought in, for giving further Time, until the Twentyfifth of March next, to Persons that hold any Place or Office of Trust, Profit, or Employment, in the Commonwealth, to take and subscribe the Engagement, according to the Act; and for taking off the incurring any Penalty or Forfeiture, mentioned in the said Act, until that Time, for not subscribing the same;

And the Question being put, That that Question be now put;

It passed with the Affirmative.

And the main Question being put;

The House was divided.

The Yeas went forth.

So it passed with the Affirmative.

Ordered, That Mr. Attorney, Alderman Allen, Major Salwey, Sir Arthur Hesilrig, Mr. Chaloner, Mr. Miles, Corbett, Mr. Weaver, Mr. Garland, Mr. Bond, do forthwith withdraw; and present an Act to this House to that Purpose.

Sir W. Parsons' Funeral.

Ordered, That the Sum of Two hundred Pounds be paid to Colonel Hill and Mr. Fenton Parsons, to be bestowed towards the Burial of Sir Wm. Parsons, and for Transportation of his Family into Ireland, out of the Sequestration of those Estates settled, by Ordinance of Parliament, upon certain Trustees, for the Service of Ireland, and now in the Commissioners of Goldsmiths Hall, by the late Act: And that the Committee of Goldsmiths Hall do give Order, that the same be forthwith paid accordingly.

High Court of Justice.

Ordered, That the Council of State do bring in the Act for the High Court on Tuesday Morning next.

Removing Papists, &c.

Ordered, That the Act for Confining of Papists and Malignants from coming within Five Miles of London, be read on Tuesday Morning next.

Army Debentures.

Ordered, That the Act for removing Obstructions in the Stating of the Soldiers Debentures be read on Monday Morning next.

The Engagement.

An Act for giving a further Time for subscribing the Engagement, was this Day read the First and Second time.

A Clause was tendered to the said Act, authorizing Persons to take the Subscriptions to the said Engagement, and to make Returns thereof: Which was twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to be Part of the Act.

And the Act, being put to the Question, passed; and ordered to be printed and published.

Probate of Wills.

Ordered, That the Amendments to the Bill for the Probate of Wills be reported on Tuesday next, the first Business.
