MR. Garland reports Amendments to the Act for Sale of Delinquents Estates: Which were this Day read the First and Second time.

Colonel Purefoy reports from the Council of State, A Proposition made by Colonel Reynolds, in a Letter of his, concerning the Raising of a Troop of Horse.

Resolved, That the Consideration of Colonel Reynolds' Proposition, touching the Raising of a Troop of Horse, be referred to the Council of State, to consider thereof: And, if the Council of State shall think it fit to admit him thereunto, that then the Committee of the Army be impowered and required to admit him into Pay, and observe such Directions therein, as the Council of State shall think fit.
