THE House this Day according to former Order,
resumed the Debate upon the Report touching the
Lord Edward Howard.
Mr. Carew reports from the Committee touching the
said Lord Edward Howard, The Copy of the Information of John Cropley, taken the Twenty-fifth of December
1650; and a Paper concerning Mr. Thomas Gell; a Second Paper concerning the same; Three Papers touching
the same; and the Examinations of John Turner and John
Eldridge; and a Petition, confessed by Wendy Oxford to
be his Hand-writing; and a Paper produced by Eldrige,
which Captain Oxford confesseth he thinks it is his Hand;
a Paper of Oxford's Hand-writing at the Committee; a
Letter produced to Henry Oxford; Thomas Jervoise his
Examination; a Paper shewed to John Berry at his Examination; Wm. Lugdale's Examination; Humfrey Berry
