Prayers.

Privilege- Petition from Persons in custody.

UPON the humble Petition of John Greene, John Pointz, and Francis Pointz, his Majesty's Servants in Ordinary, now Prisoners to the Serjeant at Arms attending this House;

Ordered, That they have their Liberty, upon Bail, till the Matter concerning them be examined by the Committee of Privileges: Who are to take this Business into their Consideration, at their Sitting To-morrow, in the first place.

Supply by Assessment.

Ordered, That Commissioners Names, for the Eighteen Months Assessment, for the Town and County of Nottingham, or any other Town and County, for which Commissioners are not named, be brought in To-morrow Morning.

And if there be an Omission of Commissioners for any Place for which Commissioners Names shall not be brought in, then the Commissioners for the County at large are to be Commissioners for any Town or County within such County.

Confirming Acts.

A Bill for confirming of Two Acts, of the last Assembly, one for restoring unto James Marquis of Ormond, all his Manors, Lands, and Tenements in Ireland; and another for restoring of Sir George Lane to the Possession of certain Manors and Lands in Ireland; was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read the Second time To-morrow Morning.

Ordered, That the Acts of the last Assembly, which concern Mr. Boreel, and Sir George Hamilton, be inserted into this Bill, to be thereby confirmed.

Confirming Ministers.

The House resuming the Debate of the Bill, for confirming the Act for Ministers, and Two other Acts therein mentioned;

Divers Amendments were agreed unto; and accordingly made at the Clerk's Table: And then

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Bill do pass.

Resolved, also, That the Title of the said Bill shall be, an Act for confirming Three Acts therein particularly mentioned, with Additions and Alterations in the last of them.

Dilapidations in Livings.

Ordered, That Sir John Brampston do prepare and bring in a Bill for Relief of the present Incumbents, touching Dilapidations, which happened during the Time their Livings were with-held from them by Intruders.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, at Eight of the Clock.
