Prayers.

Earl of Huntingdon's Estate.

AN ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, to confirm the Sale of certain Lands, sold by Ferdinando late Earl of Huntingdon, for the Payment of his own and his Father's Debts, was this Day read the First time.

Ordered, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, on Friday next.

Scudamore's Losses at Play.

An ingrossed Bill for the making void of divers Judgments and Conveyances, obtained from James Scudamore Esquire, by George Colt and Thomas Colt, and their Trustees, was this Day read the Third time.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for making void of divers Judgments and Conveyances, obtained from James Scudamore Esquire, by GeorgeColt and ThomasColt, and their Trustees: And that Sir William Lowther do carry up this Bill to the Lords; and the Bill for Importing Madder, pure and unmixed; and the Bill concerning Matters of Assurance, used amongst Merchants.

Ministers Maintenance.

A Bill for increasing the Maintenance of Ministers in Corporate and Market Towns, where their Maintenance is defective, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read the Second time, To-morrow Morning.

Derham's Estate.

Sir Francis Goodrick reports from the Committee to which the Bill on the Behalf of Sir Thomas Derham, to confirm a Decree heretofore made in the Exchequer, several Amendments to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Which said Amendments, being severally twice read, were, upon the Question, agreed unto.

Resolved, That this Bill, with the Amendments agreed unto, be ingrossed.

E. of Derby's Estate.

Ordered, That the Debate of the Matter upon the ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, to restore the Earl of Derby to the Manors of Hope and Hopesdale, Mould and Mouldsdale, in Flintshire, be adjourned, and taken into Consideration, on Friday Morning next, peremptorily.

Aulnage.

Ordered, That the Report from the Committee to which the Bill concerning Aulnage was committed, be heard To-morrow Morning.

Exportation of Wool.

A Bill against transporting Wool, and Wool-fells, &c. was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be read again, the Second time, on Thursday next.

Norwich Walls, &c.

Ordered, That the Bill for imposing a Rate on the City of Norwich, for repairing the Walls, and cleansing the River of the said City, be read the Second time, Tomorrow Morning.

Militia.

And then the House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to resume the further Debate of the Bill for the Militia.

Mr. Speaker again took the Chair: And

Sir Francis Goodrick made report, That the Committee of the whole House had finished the Bill; and desired, that a Time might be appointed to make Report thereof; and that no new Provisoes might be received.

Ordered, That the Report thereof be made on Friday next.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Sir John Morton have the Leave of this House to go into the Country.

Lady Wandesford's Estate.

Ordered, That Mr. Mallet, Mr. Owen, and Mr. Phillips, be added to the Committee to which the Lady Wandesford's Bill is committed.

Frauds in Customs.

Ordered, That the Committee for regulating of Abuses in his Majesty's Customs, be revived; and do sit de die in diem: And Sir Nicholas Crispe is added to the said Committee.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning at Eight of the Clock.
