Mr. Pryn reports from the Committee to which the
ingrossed Bill sent from the Lords, to prevent Abatements
of Writs of Error, upon Judgments had in the Exchequer, was committed, one Amendment agreed to be
made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence,
in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the
Clerk's Table.
And the Amendment being twice read; and, on the
Question, agreed to.

Smith to plant and make Madder, within the Kingdom
of England, was read the Second time.

Mr. Speaker, the Lords have commanded us to acquaint you, That his Majesty hath sent Word, That he
will be at the House of Lords, about Eleven of the Clock
this Morning, to pass the Bill concerning Triennial Parliaments.
Crown Revenue.
The House then resolved itself into a Committee of
the whole House, to take into Consideration the Bill for
the better collecting and levying of the additional Revenue, established on his Majesty, his Heirs and Successors, for the better Support of his and their Crown
and Dignity.
