Glemham's Estate.
MR. Milward reports from the Committee, to which
the Bill to enable the Lady Glemham, to sell
Lands to pay Debts, was committed, That the Committee had agreed some Amendments to be made to the
Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence; and after,
delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table. And, being
twice read; and these Words, "to his present Maintenance and," being, upon the Question, agreed to be
inserted in the last Amendment save one; and accordingly inserted; the several Amendments were, upon the
Question, severally agreed to.
A Proviso was tendered to be added to the Bill; and
laid aside.
Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments
agreed to, be ingrossed.
Ordered, That a Proviso be brought in, ingrossed, for
the Lady Glemham, as to the Estate she hath, or may
claim, by virtue of the Deed of * *.
Streets and Highways.
Ordered, That the Bill concerning the Repair of Streets
and Highways be read the Second time To-morrow

Post Horses.
Ordered, That the Bill touching Post Horses be read

Regulating Printing.
A Bill to continue the Act for Regulating of Printing,
and Printing Presses, was read the First time.
Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time

Merchants Ships.
An ingrossed Bill to prevent the Delivering up of
Merchants Ships, was read.
A Proviso, on the Behalf of the Owners and Masters
of Ships, was tendered; and twice read.
The Question being put, That this Proviso be read the
Second time;
It passed in the Negative.
Another Proviso, to limit the Continuance of the Act,
was tendered; and twice read; and, upon the Question,
agreed to be amended.
Which was done.
Resolved, That the Proviso, so amended, be agreed to.
Resolved, That the Bill, with the Proviso agreed to, do
pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act to prevent the
Delivering up of Merchants Ships.
And Mr. Coventry is to carry up the Bill to the Lords
for their Concurrence.
