Lands to pay his Debts, and make Provision for
his younger Children, was read the First time.

Yarmouth Towns.
A Bill to compose and prevent Differences between
the Two Towns of Great and Little Yarmouth in the
County of Norffolke, concerning the Lading and Unlading of Herrings, and other Merchandizes, was read
the Second time.
Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be committed to Sir
Allan Broderick, Mr. Pryn, Sir Tho. Tompkins, Sir Wm.
Gaudy, Lord Richardson, Sir Allan Apsley, Sir Solomon

Ordered, That Thomas Prince, Cheesemonger, be sent
for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, or his Deputy,
for his Breach of Privilege, in proceeding at Law, and
pressing for Judgment, against Sir Richard Browne, a
Member of this House.
Ways and Means.
Resolved, &c. That the Committee of the whole House
do proceed to consider of the Raising of the Five-andtwenty hundred thousand Pounds, in a regulated Subsidiary way; reducing the same to a Certainty in all
Counties, so as no Person for his real or personal Estate
be exempted.
