Message from the King.
Mr. Secretary Morrice acquaints Mr. Speaker, That his
Majesty had a Thought of coming to the House of Peers
this Day, to speak to his Two Houses of Parliament,
concerning the Exigencies and great Affairs of the Nation: But, doubting that, by reason of the late Calamity
by Fire, some Members might delay their coming up,
and the House not be full; his Majesty had deferred his
coming till Friday next.
Resolved, That the House be adjourned till Friday
Morning next, Eight of the Clock.
And then the House adjourned till Friday
Morning, Eight of the Clock.
