Prayers.

Complaint against Sir P. Pindar.

ORDERED, That Charles Broster, Robert Horwood, be summoned to attend to give Evidence in the Matter complained against Sir Peter Pindar.

Ordered, That all Bills be read in Order as they are appointed.

Leigh's Estate.

A Bill for confirming a Contract for Sale of Lands to pay the Debts of Mr. Leigh, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Mr. Milward, Sir Edw. Massey, Col. Williams, Mr. Buscawen, Col. Kirkby, Sir Richard Francklyn, Mr. Foulke Lucy, Mr. Westphaling, Sir Charles Harbord, Sir Thomas Dyke, Mr. Crouch, Mr. Weld, Mr. Chetwin, Sir Thom. Gower, Mr. Mountague, Lord Richardson, Sir Jeffery Shackerley, Col. Reames, Sir Jo. Ernley, Sir James Thyn, Dr. Burwell, Sir John Moreton, Mr. Scudamore, Sir Wm. Oglander, Sir Richard Oateley, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, Col. Whitley, Mr. Otway, Col. Milward, Sir Richard Ford, Col. Wancklyn, Sir Bainh. Egerton, Mr. Rigby, Mr. Ratcliffe, and all the Members that serve for Derbyshire and Cheshire: And they are to meet on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chambers: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Privilege- Eligibility of a Member.

Serjeant Charlton reports to this House, from the Committee of Elections, the Case of Sir Henry Vaughan * * * *; and that the Committee, upon the whole Matter, were of Opinion, that there was nothing objected against Sir Henry Vaughan, to impede his Sitting in Parliament; or that he was not duly elected a Member.

And the Matter being debated;

Resolved, &c. That the House doth agree with the Committee, that there was nothing object d against Sir Henry Vaughan, to impede his Sitting in Parliament; or that he was not duly elected a Member.

Rebuilding London.

Ordered, The Bill concerning the City of London be read the First Bill on Tuesday Morning.

Habeas Corpus.

Ordered, That the Bill concerning Habeas Corpus's be read the First Bill after the Bills already appointed.

Reducing Interest.

The Question being propounded, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for reducing the Rate of Interest Money;

Commissioners of public Accounts.

Mr. Speaker acquaints the House, that he had received a Letter, together with a Report, from the Commissioners for taking the publick Accounts; and that the Letter did desire the Report might be tendered to the House the first Opportunity.

The Report being read;

Resolved, &c. That the House do on Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock, assume the further Consideration of the Report from the Commissioners for taking the publick Accounts; and no other Business to intervene.

A Person ordered into custody.

Resolved, &c. That the Serjeant at Arms, or his Deputy, do apprehend, and take into Custody, Lieutenant * Ward; to answer the Imbezzlements and Miscarriages reported against him by the Commissioners of the publick Accounts.

Ordered, That Sir Robert Brookes, and Sir Nicholas Carey, do acquaint the Commissioners of Accounts, that the House have read their Report, and do return them Thanks for their great Care and Diligence therein; and intend to take it into further Consideration on Tuesday Morning next; and desire, that if they have any thing further to report, they would prepare what they can against that Time; and if the Act be defective, and that they do want any further Power, they would then represent it to the House.

Irish Land Adventurers.

Resolved, &c. That the further Hearing of the Cause upon the Petition of the Adventurers for Lands in Ireland, appointed for Monday next, be put off till Thursday Morning next.

Lyndsey Level.

Resolved, &c. That the further Hearing of the Cause concerning Lyndsey Level, appointed for this Day, be the First Business on Monday Morning, nothing to intervene.

Defaulters to Call of the House.

Ordered, That the Call of the Members, Defaulters, be next after the Hearing of the Cause concerning Lyndsey Level.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Eight of the Clock.
