ORDERED, That Mr. Jones have Leave to go into
the Country.
Whorwood's Estate.
Ordered, That Mr. Whorwood have Leave to bring
in a Bill for vacating a Decree for Alimony.
Privilege.
Ordered, That such Persons as are now in the Custody
of the Serjeant at Arms, for a Breach of Privilege, complained of on the Behalf of Sir George Probert, be brought
to the Bar of this House To-morrow Morning, to give
an Account touching the same.
Rebuilding London.
An additional Act for the better Rebuilding the City
of London was read the First time.
Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time
on Thursday Morning next.
Navy Debts.
Ordered, That the Navy Creditors have Leave to
withdraw their Bill, and bring in a new one.
Privilege.
Ordered, That Thomas Knapper, the Attorney who took
out a Writ, and Anthony Cooke, and Abraham Selfe, the
younger, Bailiffs, employed by him to execute the same,
on which Thomas Hales, the menial Servant of Sir James
Thynn was arrested, do attend the Commitete of Privileges, to whom the Matter of Breach of Privileges objected against them is hereby referred.

Ordered, That the Matter of Breach of Privileges objected against Mr. Constantine, be referred to the Committee of Privileges; to examine it at their next Sitting;
and report it, with their Opinions therein; to the House.

desired to transmit all such Evidence which they have in
the Matter relating to Sir Wm. Penn, as to the Imbezzlement of Prize Goods, against Thursday next: And Sir
Robert Brookes, Sir Nicho. Carew, and Sir Thomas Lee,
or either of them, do acquaint the Commissioners with
this Order.
