ORDERED, That Sir Phillip Musgrave have the
Leave of this House to go into the Country, to
attend his Majesty's Service.
Privilege.
Ordered, That the Matter of the Breach of Privileges
objected against Robert Snell, for arresting the Servant of
Mr. William Jay, a Member of this House; and proceeding in Replevins, whilst he is here attending; be referred to the Committee of Privileges; to examine and
report the Matter, with their Opinions therein, to the
House: And all Persons concerned are, upon Summons,
to attend the Committee.

Ordered, That the Matter concerning Throp the Bookseller of Chester be referred to the Committee of Privileges, to examine, and report it, with their Opinions
therein to the House: And they are to take it into Consideration at their next Meeting: And all Persons concerned are to attend the Committee.
Taylor's Estate.
An ingrossed Bill to enable the Execution of a Trust
for Payment of the Debts, and providing for the younger
Children, of Richard Taylor Esquire, deceased, was read.
Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title
be, An Act to enable the Execution of a Trust for Payment of the Debts, and providing for the younger Children of Richard Taylor Esquire, deceased: And Sir
Richard Francklyn is to carry up the Bill to the Lords.
Sir Wm. Penn's Impeachment.
Ordered, That the Committee appointed to draw up
the Impeachment against Sir Wm. Penn do meet in the
Speaker's Chamber this Afternoon at Two of the Clock.
Aulnage Duty.
Ordered, That the Bill, sent from the Lords, for settling
the Duty of Aulnage be read To-morrow Morning.
State of Trade.
A Petition of the Merchants and Inhabitants of the
Town of Dartmouth was read.
Resolved, &c. That this Petition be referred to the same
Committee to which the Petition of the Merchants and
Clothiers in and near the City of Exeter was committed;
to take this Petition into their Consideration; and report
it, with their Opinions therein, to the House.
Fowler's Estate.
Ordered, That the Bill concerning Mr. Fowler be read
To-morrow Morning.
Wool Trade.
Ordered, That the Bill to prevent the Exportation of
Wool be read To-morrow Morning.
Supply Bill.
The House then resolved into a Committee of the
whole - - - - upon the Bill concerning his Majesty's
Supply.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Steward took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumes the Chair.
Mr. Steward reports, that the Committee had made
some further Progress in the Bill concerning his Majesty's
Supply.
Miscarriages of the War.
The House being informed, that Sir John Harman was
attending at the Door, to give an Account of the Miscarriage, in slacking Sail, and not pursuing the Dutch
Fleet, in the Year 1665, contrary to the express Order
of his Royal Highness the Duke of York; and that
Captain Cox and others were also at the Door;
Sir John Harman, Captain Cox, and several others,
were called in; and examined: And Mr. Brunckard a
Member of this House, being heard in his Place; and
further Time being desired, on his Behalf, to give his
Answer to the Evidence and Matters objected against
him; and the Matter, as to Sir John Harman, being
debated;
Resolved, &c. That Tuesday next be given to Mr.
Brunckard, to make his further Answer.
Resolved, &c. That the Serjeant at Arms do apprehend
Sir John Harman, and bring him in Custody, in order
to his further Hearing.
Lyndsey Level.
Ordered, That the Cause upon the Bill concerning
Lyndsey Level be further heard on Monday next in the
Afternoon.
