Ordered, That John Wrenham, for his Breach of Privilege, in entering and turning the Tenants of the Lord
Newbourgh, a Member of this House, out of the Possession, whilst the Lord Newbourgh is attending the
Service of this House, be summoned to attend the Committee of Privileges on Thursday next; to whom the
Matter is referred, to examine the Breach of Privilege,
and report it to the House: And to take it into their
Consideration on Thursday next: At which Time the
said Wrenham is to attend.

Lady Savill's Portion.
AN Act for the better securing of a Portion of Five
thousand Pounds to and for the Lady Francis Savill,
an Insant, Daughter of Thomas late Earl of Sussex,
deceased, out of Part of the Estate of James Earl of
Sussex, also an Insant, in pursuance of the Will of the
said Thomas Earl of Sussex, was read the First time.
Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time
on Tuesday next.
Supply.
The House then resolved into a Committee of the
whole House, upon the Bill concerning his Majesty's
Supply.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Steward reports, that the Committee had made
some further Progress in the said Bill; and humbly
moved, that the House would resolve into a Committee
