Prayers.

Arrear of Taxes.

ORDERED, That the Committee to whom the Bill touching Arrear of Taxes due from Offices, was committed, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon: And Sir Charles Harbord, Sir Wm. Doyley, Mr. Morice, Mr. Greenvile, Sir Tho. Wendy, and Sir Francis Clarke, be added to the Committee.

Regulating Jurors.

Ordered, That the Bill of Jurors be read after the City Bill.

Tamworth Election.

Ordered, That the Report of the Matter concerning the Election for the Town of Tamworth, be made on Saturday, at Ten of the Clock.

Rebuilding London.

The additional Bill, ingrossed, for rebuilding the City of London, uniting of Parishes, and rebuilding the Cathedral and Parochial Churches, was read.

Resolved, That the Blank in the Bill be filled up with "Ten Pounds:"

Which was done.

Resolved, That these Words, "Houses of Office, Tunnels, Draughts, and other Easements," be inserted into the Bill:

Which was done.

A Proviso, on the Behalf of Sir Jeremy Whitchcott, touching the Prison of the Fleet, was tendered; and, upon the Question, rejected.

A Proviso, for enlarging the Time of Rebuilding, to prevent Forfeitures, was thrice read; and, with some Amendments, agreed at the Table, was, upon the Question, agreed to be made Part of the Bill.

A Proviso, for enlarging the Power of the Judicature as to Leases, was thrice read; and agreed to.

A Proviso, touching Landing on Wharfs, was thrice read; and, upon the Question, agreed to.

A Proviso, concerning Serjeants Inn, was thrice read; and, upon the Question, agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Provisoes and Amendments, do pass: And that the Title be, An additional Act for Rebuilding of the City of London, Uniting of Parishes, and Rebuilding the Cathedral and Parochial Churches within the said City:

And Mr. Steward is to carry up the Bill to the Lords.

Motion for House to sit To-morrow.

The Question being put, That the House do sit Tomorrow;

It passed in the Negative.

Strode's Estate.

Ordered, That these Members following be added to the Committee to which the Bill concerning the Sisters and Coheirs of Dame Margaret Strode, was committed; Lord Cornebury, Sir Solo. Prettyman's Debt to the Crown.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill for Sale of Part of the Lands of Sir John Prettyman, to satisfy a Debt due to the King, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon: And that Sir Tho. Doleman, and Sir John Birkenhead, and Mr. Steward, be added to the Committee.

Yarmouth Pier.

Ordered, That Sir Jo. Earnly, Sir Wm. Hickman, Mr. Daniell, Sir Tho. Strickland, Mr. Milward, be added to the Committee to which the Bill concerning Yarmouth Pier is committed.

Committee of Elections.

Ordered, That Sir Denny Ashburnham and Mr. Progers be added to the Committee of Elections.
