Prayers.

Supply.

RESOLVED, &c. That Monday and Tuesday next be added, for receiving Propositions for the making up his Majesty's Supply; to begin at Ten of the Clock each Morning; setting aside all other Business.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Resolved, &c. That the House be resolved into a Committee of the whole House, on Monday Morning next, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir William Child and Sir Thomas Estcourt;

General Nat. Bill.

Bill's Estate.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down Two Bills; the One intituled, An Act for Naturalization; and the other intituled, An Act for the rectifying a Mistake of Dates of Deeds mentioned in an Act of Parliament, intituled, An Act to enable John Bill Esquire, to sell certain Lands in Kent and Surrey: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Duke of Albemarle's Estate.

And acquainted the House, that their Lordships had agreed to the Amendments, made by this House, to the Bill on the Behalf of the Duke of Albemarle.

Conventicles, &c.

Ordered, That Sir John Coryton, Sir Robert Holt, Sir John Robinson, Sir Charles Wheeler, Colonel Sands, Sir Thom. Slingsby, Sir Thom. Gower, Sir Robert Steward, Mr. Palmes, Mr. Buscawen, Mr. Hampden, Sir Will. Farmer, Lord Fanshaw, Sir John Newton, Sir Philip Monckton, Sir Rich. Wiseman, Mr. Clarke, Sir John Brampston, be added to the Committee appointed to inspect the Acts of Militia, and against Conventicles.

Cloth and Serge making.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill concerning the regulating the making of Cloth; and the Committee to whom the Bill for regulating the making of Serges; is committed; be joined together, and made one Committee.

Hemp and Flax planting.

Ordered, That the Committee to whom the Bill of Hemp and Flax is committed, be renewed; to sit this Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed: And Mr. Jolliffe, and all the Members that serve for the Counties of Dorset, and Wilts, are added to the said Committee.

Members not to be absent without Leave.

Ordered, That no Member depart the Service of the House, without Leave, asked between the Hours of Eleven and Twelve in the Morning.

Call of the House.

Resolved, &c. That the House be called over on Tuesday Sevennight next.

Ordered, That it be referred to Sir Thom. Meeres, Sir Thom. Lee, Sir Thom. Gower, Mr. Crouch, Sir Will. Lowther, Colonel Birch, Mr. Vaughan, or any Three of them, to inspect the Journals of this House; and to consider of former Proceedings, for the Punishment of Members who absent the Service of the House; and to report, what Ways they think fit for the filling up of the House.

Then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Eight of the Clock.
