Prayers.

Lord Irwin's Estate.

A BILL, sent from the Lords, for empowering the Executors and Trustees of Henry late Lord Ingram, Viscount Irwin in the Kingdom of Scotland, deceased, to sell certain Lands for the Payment of Debts and Legacies, read.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir Thom. Ingram, Sir Will. Coventry, Mr. Mountague, Sir Robert Howard, Sir Anthony Irby, Sir Robert Carr, Mr. Spry, Sir Edm. Windham, Sir Char. Harbord, Sir Adam Browne, Sir John Bennet, Sir Thom. Clergis, Mr. Williamson, Sir Solomon Swale, Sir Henry Herbert, Sir Gilbert Talbot, Sir Thom. Hanmer, Sir John Moreton, Mr. Evelyn, Mr. Crouch, Sir John Newton, Sir Hugh Windham, Sir Rich. Francklyn, Sir John Birkenhead, Mr. Progers, Sir Francis Clarke, and all that serve for the Counties of Yorke and Lincolne: And they are to meet To-morrow, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Fal mouth Church.

Amendments, sent from the Lords, to the Bill concerning the Church erected at Falmouth, were twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the Amendments be inserted; and the Bill read a Third time; and returned to the Lords.

Burning Corn and Hay Stacks.

Amendments, sent from the Lords, to the Bill against maiming Cattle, and malicious burning of Houses, and Stacks of Corn and Hay, were read a Third time.

Ordered, That the Bill be returned to the Lords.

Manufacture for preserving Shipping.

Sir John Birkenhead reports from the Committee to which the Bill for preserving of Shipping, was re-committed, some Amendments agreed to be made, and a Proviso to be added to the said Bill: Which he read in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: And the same being twice read, and agreed;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments agreed to, be ingrossed.

Indigent Officers.

Ordered, That the Committee for taking the Account of the Money payable to the indigent loyal Officers, be revived; and do sit on Saturday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed.

Stafford's Estate.

A Bill for establishing Lands, in Upton Pine, upon Hugh Stafford Esquire, was read.

The Question being put, That the Bill be read a Second time;

It passed in the Negative.

Committee of Grievances.

Ordered, That the Committee of Grievances do sit this Afternoon.

Supply.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon his Majesty's Supply.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Seymour reports from the said Committee, that they had made some further Progress in the Consideration of his Majesty's Supply; and humbly moved, that the House will resolve into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration thereof.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee, that the House will resolve into a Committee of the whole House To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of his Majesty's Supply.

Privilege.

The House being informed, that Mr. Cornwallis, being very ill, is not able to send in his Answer to the Petition of John Digby Esquire, by To-morrow Morning.

Ordered, That he have further Time till Saturday Morning next.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees, that were to sit this Afternoon, be adjourned till To-morrow, Two of the Clock in the Afternoon; and to sit in the Places, formerly appointed; except the Committee, to whom the Matter concerning Four Pounds per Ton upon Wine, is committed.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
