Prayers.

Lord Norris' Estate.

MR. Crouch reports from the Committee to which the Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the making Conveyances of Part of the Estate of James Lord Norris, during his Minority, some Amendments agreed to be made by the Committee: Which he read in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Which were twice read; and, upon the Question, agreed; and the Bill, with the Amendments, read a Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendments, be returned to the Lords: And Mr. Bertie is to carry up the Bill.

Grocers Company's Creditors.

The House then proceeded in the adjourned Debate, touching a Bill on the Behalf of the Creditors of the Company of Grocers.

Resolved, &c. That Leave be given to bring in a Bill, on the Debates of the House, to enforce the Company of Grocers to pay their just Debts, as far as they have any Estate, by Sale of the Lands, or other Estate of the said Company; and to provide, that they, and other Companies, may be made liable to make Satisfaction of what Money they owe, or shall take up for the future, upon the Credit of their Company; or else to take away their Seal: And it is recommended to Mr. Garaway, Sir Edward Thurland, and Colonel Strode, to take care of the Bill.

Exporting Coal.

A Bill for Exportation of Coal was read.

Ordered, That the Bill be read a Second time, in a full House.

Paris Garden made a Parish.

A Bill for making Parochial the Lordship or Manor of Paris Garden, near the Borough of Southwarke in the County of Surrey, and for endowing a new Church there, was read.

Ordered, That the Bill be read a Second time.

Supply Bill; Subsidies.

The House then resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill of Subsidies.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Seymour reports from the said Committee, that they had made some further Progress in the Consideration of the said Bill; and humbly moved, from the said Committee, that the House would resolve into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration thereof.

Resolved, &c. That this House doth agree with the Committee, that the House will resolve into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration of the Bill of Subsidies.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees that were to sit this Afternoon, be adjourned till To-morrow, Two of the Clock in the Afternoon; to sit in the Places formerly appointed.

Fees of Clerks of Assize.

Ordered, That Leave be given for bringing in a Bill for ascertaining the Fees of the Clerks of the Assizes.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
