Prayers.

Defaulter to Call of the House.

ORDERED, That Mr. Dunster, who made Default in Attendance upon the Call of the House, and is now present, be excused, and struck out of the List of Defaulters.

Committee of Privileges.

Ordered, That Sir John Knight, Mr. Williamson, and Mr. Rouse, be added to the Committee of Privileges.

Earl of Shrewsbury's Estate.

The ingrossed Bill from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable the Guardians of Charles Earl of Shrewsbury, and John Talbot Esquire, Infants, to dispose of certain Manors, Lands and Tenements, for the Benefit of the said Infants, was read a First time.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill be read a Second time.

Privilege.

Ordered, That the Report of the Matter of Privilege, between Mr. Seymour and Mr. Nosworthy, be made Tomorrow Morning.

Indigent Officers.

Ordered, That the Bill concerning the indigent loyal Officers, be read To-morrow Morning.

Ecclesiastical Courts.

A Bill, being offered, concerning regulating the Ordinaries, and Abuses in Ecclesiastical Courts.

Resolved, &c. That the Debate of this Matter be adjourned till Thursday Morning.

Supply Bill Subsidies.

The House resolved into a Committee of the whole House, upon the Bill of Subsidies.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.
Mr. Seymour took the Chair of the Committee.
Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Resolved, &c. That the House resolve into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning, to proceed in the Dispatch of the said Bill of Subsidies.

Leave of Absence.

The Question being put, That Colonel Williams have Leave to go into the Country;

It passed in the Negative.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Places formerly appointed.
