Ordered, That the Bill for determining of Differences, touching Houses burned, be read To-morrow Morning.

Defaulter to Call of the House.

Sir Thomas Smith, a Defaulter in Attendance, did this Day give his Answer and Excuse, in his Place: Which was allowed of by the House; and he excused, paying his Fees.

Conventicles.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill against Conventicles, be heard To-morrow Morning.

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have returned you the Bill for making the Manor of Paris Garden a Parish, with some Amendments: With a Bill to enable Sir Andrew Hackett Knight to settle a Portion of Money on Mary Hackett his Daughter:

Also a Bill, intituled, An Act for building Arundel-House, and Tenements thereunto belonging:

Yelverton's Estate.

Also a Bill, intituled, an Act for Provision to be made for Mr. Nevill Yelverton, born after the Death of his Father Sir Henry Yelverton: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Supply Bill Duty on Brandy.

A Message from the Lords by Sir Mondford Bramston and Sir Andrew Hackett;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down the Bill, intituled, An Act to prevent the Importation of foreign Brandy, and to give Recompence to his Majesty for his Duty thereupon; with some Amendments: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Supply Bill; foreign Commodities.

Mr. Seymour reports from the Committee of the whole House, to which the Bill for an additional Imposition on foreign Commodities, was committed, several Amendments agreed to be made, and Clauses to be added to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence; and after delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table; some of which were twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed.

Resolved, &c. That the House will, To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock, proceed in the further Consideration of the rest of the Amendments of the Bill for an additional Imposition on foreign Commodities.

Ordered, That the Matter touching the Election for Seaford, appointed to be heard on Tuesday Sevennight, be heard on Thursday Sevennight.
