Bromfeild, &c. Tenants.

Mr. Baron Trevor and Sir P. Mutton bring from the Lords a Bill, intituled, An Act for the Establishing of the Estates of the Tenants of Bromfeild, and Yale in the County of Denbigh, and of the Tenures, Rents, and Services, thereupon reserved.

Member released.

Mr. Vice-chamberlain moveth, we should now proceed on with the Businesses of the House; he having seen a Warrant, signed with the King's Hand, for his Release; and maketh no Doubt, but he is by this Time at Liberty; for this Warrant is sent to the Tower by a Pursevant.

Privilege - Imprisonment of a Member.

Mr. Glanvyle reporteth from the Committee, to whom the Heads for the intended Conference with the Lords was recommitted ; that they have agreed upon a Form in Writing: Which read twice by the Clerk.

Mr. Vice-chamberlain avoweth the 3d Article in every Part; but, for the 4th ;- whereas said there, that the King told by Four or Five, that those Words were spoken by Sir D. Digges, the Truth is, that the King, hearing, by common Report, that such Words were spoken, whereat the King highly offended, sent for Four, Five, or Six Note-books, and therein found those Words, or such in Effect.

Mr. Chancellor Exchequer concordat: - And, that it was the Mistaking of some, that took Notes.

Sir D. Digges moveth, to stay any further Proceeding herein; and will take it a great Favour from the House to him, so to do : Howsoever moveth a Re-commitment, for something therein concerning himself.

Upon Question, re-committed: - Presently, in the Committee Chamber. Mr. Vice-chamberlain, Mr. Chancellor Exchequer, and Mr. Chancellor Duchy.

Mr. Glanvyle reporteth again from the Committee, with some Alterations; which being read, were, upon Question, allowed to pass, as the Heads of the Conference.

He, that shall deliver this Message, agreed upon by these Heads, to be amplified and applied, according to the Judgment of the Party.
