Lunæ, 11 die Februarii, 1677.

Cobham Estate.

SIR Charles Wheeler reports from the Committee to whom the Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act to enable Trustees to raise Money upon Cobham House and Park, some Amendments, agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read in his Place; and afterwards delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Where the same were again twice read; and, upon the Question, severally agreed to.

And the Bill, with the Amendments, being read a Third time;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be agreed.

And Sir Charles Wheeler is to return the Bill to the Lords.

West Derby and Wavetree Manors.

Serjeant Rigby reports from the Committee to whom the Bill, sent from the Lords, intituled, An Act for the Ascertaining and Establishing of the Interest of the Lord and Copyhold Tenants of the Manors of West Derby and Wavetree in the County Palatine of Lancaster, in relation to their Fines and Commons, was committed, That the Committee had carefully perused the Bill; and returned it without any Amendments.

And the Bill being read a Third time;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be agreed.

And Sir Charles Wheeler is to return the Bill to the Lords.

Lord Cullen's Estate.

An ingrossed Bill for enabling the Trustees of Bryan Viscount Cullen to sell Lands, for Payment of his Debts, was read the Third time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act to enable the Trustees of Bryan Viscount Cullen, of the Realm of Ireland, to sell or dispose of Lands in Elmesthorpe in the County of Leicester, for the Payment of Debts, and raising a Portion for his Daughter.

And Sir Charles Wheeler is to carry up the Bill to the Lords for their Concurrence.

Kelshall's Charities.

Ordered, That Sir Charles Wheeler do return the Bill, sent from the Lords, concerning Mr. Beadle; and do carry up the Act for the better Assurance of such as claim under ancient Fines and Recoveries, and the Act for settling certain charitable Uses for the Benefit of the Town of Kelshall in Suffolke, to the Lords, for their Concurrence.

Thorold's Estate.

A Bill for enabling Trustees to sell Lands for Payment of the Debts of Sir Wm. Thorold Knight, deceased, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.

Register for Lands.

Colonel Birch presents to the House a Bill for settling a Publick Register for Lands, in the several Counties of this Kingdom.

And the Bill being read;

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time.

Committees.

Ordered, That the Committees that were to have sat on Saturday last, in the Afternoon, and were adjourned by order of the House, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Places formerly appointed.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
