Murder of Sir E. Godfrey.
ORDERED, That the Committee appointed to
examine concerning the Murder of Sir Edmundbury
Godfrey, be revived; and do sit de die in diem, until they
have perfected the Matters to them referred.
Votes not to be dispersed.
Ordered, That none of the Votes of this House be dispersed or published in the Coffee-houses.
Coleman's Papers.
Sir John Knight reports from the Committee appointed
to translate Mr. Coleman's Letters, That the Committee
had translated the same: Which he delivered in to Mr.
Speaker; and were by him read to the House.
Ordered, That his Majesty be humbly desired, by such
Members of this House as are of his Majesty's most
honourable Privy Council, that an Inventory or List of
all Mr. Coleman's Papers, which have been sorted by the
Clerks of the Council, may be communicated to this
House: And that all those Papers, which are not sorted,
may be delivered over to a Committee of this House.
Committee to examine him.
Ordered, That a Committee be appointed to examine
Mr. Coleman, touching the Plotand Conspiracy mentioned
in his Majesty's Speech.
And it is referred to Mr. Sachaverell, Colonel Birch,
Mr. Williams, Colonel Titus, Mr. Powle, Sir Tho. Littleton, Mr. Hide, Sir Tho. Lee, Sir John Trevor, Lord
Cavendish, Sir John Ernle, Sir Tho. Clergis, Serjeant
Mainard, Sir Tho. Meeres, Sir John Coventry, or any
Five of them, to go to Newgate, and examine Mr. Coleman accordingly.

Ordered, That the Committee of Privileges be adjourned.
