THE House, according to the Order of Monday last,
taking into Consideration his Majesty's Message
relating to Tangier;
Address on State of the Kingdom.
Resolved, Nemine contradicente, That a Committee be
appointed to draw up an Address, to be presented to his
Majesty upon the Debate of the House, humbly representing to his Majesty the dangerous State and Condition
of the Kingdom, in Answer to his Majesty's said Message.
And it is referred to Mr. Hamden, Sir William Jones,
Colonel Titus, Mr. Vernon, Lord Russell, Mr. Love, Sir
Fra. Winnington, Mr. Foley, Sir William Poultney, Mr.
Dubois, Mr. Sacheverell, Mr. Boscawen, Sir William Bastard, Sir Nicolas Cary, Colonel Birch, Sir Thomas Player,
Mr. Bennet, Sir Henry Capell, Sir Thomas Lee, Sir William Temple, Sir Edward Deering, Sir George Hungerford,
Mr. Leveson Gower, Sir Henry Ford, Sir Francis Russell,
Sir John Hotham, Sir Gilbert Gerald, Mr. Powle, Mr.
Treby, Mr. Harbord, Mr. Garway, Colonel Titus; or
any Three of them: And they are to meet at Three of
the Clock this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber, to
prepare and draw up the same.
Ordered, That Mr. Treby do make his Report, in
Writing, on Saturday Morning next.
Address for removing Earl Halifax.
A Debate arising in the House, That an Address be
made to his Majesty, humbly to desire his Majesty to
remove George Earl of Hallifax from his Majesty's Presence and Councils for ever;
