Prayers.

Chippenham Writ.

ORDERED, That Mr. Speaker do issue his Warrant to the Clerk of the Crown, to make out a new Writ for the Election of a Burgess to serve in this present Parliament for the Borough of Chippenham in the County of Wilts, in the room of Sherrington Talbot Esquire, deceased.

Cornwall Writ.

Ordered, That Mr. Speaker do issue his Warrant to the Clerk of the Crown to make out a new Writ for the Election of a Knight of the Shire to serve in this present Parliament for the County of Cornwall, in the room of Charles Lord Bodmyn, now Earl of Radnor.

Message from the King-Adjournment.

The Right honourable Charles Earl of Middleton, One of his Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, acquaints the House, That he had a Message from his Majesty, signed by his Majesty's own Hand: Which his Lordship delivered to the Speaker; and being by him read to the House, is as followeth;

It is His Majesty's Pleasure, That this House be immediately adjourned till Monday the Ninth Day of November next.

The 4th Day of August 1685.
