summonebatur, qui admissus est ad suum Præeminentiæ
sedendi in Parliamento (fn. *) locum, salvo jure alieno.
Hodie allatæ sunt a Domo Communi tres Billæ:
Hue and Cry.
Prima, An Act for following of Hue and Cry.
Parsonages Impropriate.
Secunda, An Act that Parsonages Impropriate may be
disposed to Godly and Charitable Uses.
Under Sheriffs, etc.
Tertia, An Act for Swearing of Under Sheriffs, and
other Under Officers and Ministers.
Marquis of Winton and Oughtred.
Memorandum, That this Day the Lords, after the
Hearing of the Matter between the Lord Marquis
and Mr. Ughtred, for the more speedy End of the
same, committed the Cause, with the Consent of the
Parties, unto the Lord Treasurer, Lord Steward, Earl
of Arrundell, Earl of Hartforde, Viscount Mountague,
the Bishops of Winchester and Sallisburie, to the Lords
Cobham, Graye, Lumley, Northe; and Ordered, That
the said Lords should hear and end the Matter between
the said Parties, if they could; and, if they could not,
then to make Report thereof to the whole House; and
appointed the Lord Chief Justice of England, Justice Windeham, and Mr. Serjeant Gawdie, to attend the said Lords.
