Alehouses and Judgments in Debt.

Memorandum, That the Meeting of the Committees upon the Bill concerning the suppressing of the Multitude of Alehouses, etc. and for the avoiding of unnecessary Delays of Executions upon Judgments in Debt, was, upon a Motion of the Lord Treasurer, appointed to be on Thursday next, the 26th of this instant, at the Little Chamber, near the Parliament Presence, before the House fit, for that the said Committees could not conveniently meet at the Times formerly appointed for the same.

This Day, the Under Sheriff of the County of Surrey, that arrested William Hogan, was brought into the House, to answer for the same; and, by Order of the House, committed to the Prison of The Fleet.
