Attainder of Offenders in the late Treasons.

HODIE 1a vice lecta est Billa, An Act for the Attainder of divers Offenders, in the late most detestable and damnable Treasons.

Preservation of Religion, His Majesty, and the State.

Report made by the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury, what had been done in the Committee that was appointed to consider what Laws stand in Force already, that tend to the Preservation of Religion, His Majesty, the State, and Common-wealth, and what Defects are in the Execution of them, or what new Laws may be thought needful; and thereupon his Lordship presented a short Note of the Heads of the said Laws: But, because it was purposed by the Committees to meet again upon Monday next in the Morning, the Reading of the Note was forborn; and it was thought meet, That it should be farther considered of and digested, before it were brought to the House to be read; and so the Note was delivered back again to the Lord Archbishop.

Adjourn.

Dominus Cancellarius continuavit præsens Parliamentum usque in diem Lunæ, videlicet, 3m instantis Februarii, hora nona.
