Message from the Lower House, by Mr. Secretary Herbert, Sir Fra. Hastings, and others: That whereas it pleased the Lords to desire speedy Proceeding touching the Matter of Purveyance, and to have the Articles; this Afternoon they will perfect the Articles, and To-morrow in the Forenoon will present them to their Lordships, and in the Afternoon will give Meeting, if (fn. *) it please the Lords.

Answer.

Answer sent by Mr. Serjeant Crooke and Mr. Dr. Swale: That the Lords will accordingly expect the Articles To-morrow Morning, and in the Afternoon will give Meeting at Two of the Clock.
