Counress of Essex's Jointure.

The Bill, intituled, An Act for the Assurance of the Jointure of the Right Honourable Fraunces, Countess of Essex, Wife of the Right Honourable Robert Earl of Essex, was brought into the House by the Earl of Notingham, Lord Admiral, the first of the Committees, without any Alteration or Amendment; and thereupon the Bill appointed to be ingrossed.

Attainder of L. Cobham and Brock

The Bill, intituled, An Act for Sale of certain of the late Lord Windsor's Lands, for Payment of his Debts, etc. was returned to the House, by the Lord Treasurer, the first of the Committees; with an Amendment thought meet to be added; and also the Bill, intituled, An Act for the Confirmation of the Attainders of Henrie, late Lord Cobham, and George Brooke, Esquire, and of the Letters Patents granted by the King's Majesty of their Lands, was brought into the House, by the said Lord Treasurer, the first of the Committees on that Bill, with certain Amendments by them offered to be added.
